Just for kicks and giggles, here’s the latest court document for O. With, of course, identifying information removed.

The above named juvenile was adjudicated delinquent on the 31st day of January, 2011 as defined by the — Gen. Stat. 7B-1501(7).

On or about the 21st day of March, 2011, the above named juvenile was discharged from the McLeod Center Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP) for non-compliance.
As of March 1, 2011 the juvenile has been either tardy/late or absent from —- High School on or about the 7th, 8th, 10th, 11th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 21st, 25th, 28th days of February and the 1st day of March, 2011.
He also received a one day suspension February 21, 2011 for insubordination.
Furthermore, to date, the juvenile has not completed any community service work.
The conduct above violates the conditions as set forth in the dispositional Order entered by this Court on the 31st day of January, 2011.
3(c). Attend school each and every day, all classes, not have any excused tardies, and not be suspended or excluded from school.
3(e). Cooperate with all professionals and treatment plans prescribed for the juvenile.
7(d). Other: complete remaining 73 hours of community service to satisfy restitution.
9(a). The juvenile shall perform 25 hours of community service … to be completed within 1st 60 days of probation
